On May 12, 2022, the New York Public Service Commission issued an order adopting a natural gas system planning process. Among other things, the order requires the State’s 11 largest utilities to develop and file long-term plans (LTP) on a three-year cycle.

Purpose: To share background information regarding the Liberty Utilities – New York Gas system to enable stakeholders to effectively participate in the long-term planning process established by the Commission.
Technical Conference #1
Date: Thursday, March 6, 2025
Time: 2-3:30 pm EST
Purpose: This technical conference will primarily focus of the Company’s long-term plan and the process for incorporating stakeholder input. Stakeholders will be able to pose questions to the Company during the conference.
