If you are moving to a property that has natural gas provided by Liberty, please click the link below to select a time to have your meter turned on. Please be aware an adult (18 years or older) must be present for the appointment, as a Liberty technician will need to enter the property to light and check all gas appliances and/or connections.

If you currently are a Liberty gas customer and are moving to another location that also has natural gas provided by Liberty, please click the link below to schedule a time to end your current service and select at time you want your new service turned on. Please note, customers with a past due balance will not be able to transfer their existing service without the completion of additional paperwork. For more information about transferring service with a past-due balance, please contact customer care at 1-800-454-2201.
To access the Transfer Service page, log into My Account, click the “Services” menu and choose “Transfer Service.”

If you are moving and need to turn off your current gas service, please click the link below to select a time for us to do a final read of your meter before turning it off.
To access Stop Service page, log into My Account, click the Services menu and choose Stop Service.
Commercial/Industrial Customers:
To start or transfer service at a commercial location, please contact customer care at 1-800-454-2201.
Please note starting service at a commercial property will require the completion of a commercial application, a copy of the organization’s w-9 and a deposit.
