Unfortunately the migration to the new system has caused some delays in generating your bill. Our billing and IT teams are working diligently to correct the problem. We expect to have the issue resolved very soon.
You can expect to receive two bills within the next few weeks. You’ll receive the delayed bill and the next bill for the following usage period. Please ignore the due date on the delayed bill. We will give you the normal amount of time to pay your bill and late fees will be waived. You will be in no danger of shut off for paying this bill past the due date.
If you choose to pay your bill on our website or over the phone using a credit card, we will issue a credit for the processing fee that is incurred.
We realize this delay could cause a financial burden for some. Please call us at 1-800-454-2201 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm if you would like to set up a payment arrangement and we can discuss financial assistance programs that may be helpful.
